新型置物架在术中纱布安全管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:设计一款新型置物架,探讨其运用于手术过程中纱布管理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2022年6月100例手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用传统方法放置纱布,观察组使用新型置物架集中分层分隔放置纱布。对比两组不同纱布管理的清点时间、纱布清点不良事件发生率、纱布污染环境发生率、医生满意度。结果:观察组术中各时间点纱布清点时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组纱布清点不良事件发生率低于对照组,环境污染发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型置物架运用于手术中纱布管理,节约了纱布清点时间,促进了手术的顺利完成,避免了纱布清点不清导致的手术时间延长,保证了患者安全。Objective: To design a new type of shelf, and investigate the effect of it in gauze management during operation.Methods: A total of 100 patients were selected from January to June in 2022 and randomly included in the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group.The control group used the traditional method to place gauze, and the observation group used the new storage rack to place gauze centrally and separately.The two groups of different gauze management were compared for counting time, the adverse events incidence of gauze count, the incidence of gauze pollution and doctors’ satisfaction.Results: The gauze counting time in the observation group was less than that in the control group at each time point during operation, and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse events incidence of gauze count in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of environmental pollution in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The management and application of the new storage rack in the intraoperative gauze saves the gauze counting time, promotes the smooth operation, avoids the prolonged operation time caused by the unclear gauze counting, and ensures the safety of patients.
