摘　　要：目的 探讨在开颅术中应用改良引流管固定方式的效果.方法 选取2020年8月-2022年8月赣县区人民医院收治的开颅术患者共计60例,根据随机摸球法分成试验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组采用常规引流管固定方式,试验组采用改良引流管固定方式,对两组术口愈合率、不良事件、围术期指标、生活质量及患者满意度进行比较.结果 试验组的甲级愈合率(93.33%)较对照组(73.33%)明显更高(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组住院时间明显更短(P<0.05);干预后两组躯体疼痛、生理机能、生理职能评分明显提高(P<0.05),试验组较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度(96.67%)较对照组(80.00%)明显更高(P<0.05).结论 改良引流管固定方式应用在开颅术中,可以提高甲级愈合率,降低引流管脱出率及术口表皮坏死率,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量及患者满意度.Objective To investigate the effect of modified drainage tube fixation in craniotomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with craniotomy treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into test group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was fixed with conventional drainage tube,and the test group was fixed with improved drainage tube.The healing rate,adverse events,perioperative indicators,quality of life and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The grade a healing rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of physical pain,physiological function and physiological function in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the patients'satisfaction in the test group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conc lusion the application of improved drainage tube fixation in craniotomy can improve the grade a healing rate,reduce the rate of drainage tube prolapse and the rate of epidermal necrosis,shorten the hospital stay,and improve the quality of lifeand patient satisfaction.
