北京丰台地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染及血清学分型调查

摘　　要：目的 探讨北京丰台地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及其血清学分型与性别、年龄之间的关系.方法 收集2021年6月-9月来自北京丰台电力医院2119例健康体检者的血清样本,用免疫印迹法分别检测其幽门螺杆菌抗UreA30KD抗体、抗UreB66KD抗体、抗VacA91KD/95KD抗体、抗CagA116KD抗体,并进行统计分析.结果 在2119例人群中,Hp总感染率为18.55%,男性和女性总感染率分别为18.87%和17.97%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性I型和II型感染率分别为11.02%和7.85%,女性I型和II型感染率分别为10.27%和7.70%,均无统计学差异(P>0.05).按不同年龄组分析:Hp感染率最高为31-40岁组(20.67%,其中I型12.52%,II型8.15%),次高为41-50岁组(20.29%,其中I型10.24%,II型10.05%),≤30岁组(18.21%,其中I型10.93%,II型7.28%),51-60岁组(16.24%,其中I型9.98%,II型6.26%),最低为≥61岁组(9.87%,其中I型6.58%,II型3.29%),31-50岁这两组的感染率较其他年龄组别高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 北京丰台地区体检人群中Hp感染率明显低于国内其他地区公开数据,男性和女性感染率差异性不显著,30-50岁年龄组感染率最高,各年龄组I型感染率和II型感染率均有所不同.Objective To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection,serotypes and gender,age in physical examination population in Fengtai district,Beijng.Methods 2119 cases of serum samples from physical examnination people in Beijing electric Hospital from June to Septemper 2021 were collected.The Hp antibodies of anti-UreA30KD,anti-UreB66KD,anti-VacA91KD/95KD,anti-CagA116KD were determined by Western Blot and the data were conducted statistical analysis.Results In total of 2119 people,the total postive rate of Hp infection was 18.55%,18.87%for male and 17.97%for female,there was no significant difference between male and female(P>0.05).The Hp infection rates of type I and type II for male were 11.02%and 7.85%,while for female were 10.27%and 7.7%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Accoding to different age groups:the highest Hp infection rate was found in the age group of 31-40(20.67%,of which 12.52%was type I and 8.15%was type I),the second highest was in the age group of 41-50(20.29%,of which 10.24%was type I and 10.05%was type I),in the age group of under 30 was 18.21%(10.93%was type I and 7.28%was type II),in the age group of 51-60 was 16.24%(9.98%was type I and 6.26%was type II),and the lowest was in the age group of 61-70(9.87%,of which 6.58%was type I and 3.27%was type Il).The infection rates in the two age groups of 31-50 were higher than that in other age groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hp infection rate in physical examination population in Fengtai district,Beijng was significantly lower than other areas in China.There was no significant difference between male and female.The infection rate in the age group of 30-50 was the highest,and the infection rates of type I and type II in each age group weredifferent.
