摘　　要：目的 探索一起托幼机构诺如病毒胃肠炎疫情暴发的危险因素,以便及时控制疫情.方法 采用现场流行病学方法调查流行特征,回顾性队列研究验证假设及采样检验.结果 2019年6月18日-30日累计发现病例15例,其中确诊病例6例,疑似病例9例,均为小(4)班幼儿及家庭病例,小班罹患率为66.7%(12/18),家庭总罹患率41.67%(5/12).男性7例,女性8例,男女比例为(0.9:1).病例主要症状为腹痛(93.33%)、呕吐(53.33%)、发热(26.67%)、腹泻(20.00%).幼儿咬手指或异物的习惯增加感染诺如病毒的风险(RR=27.02,95%CI:2.01-368.43).结论 培养良好卫生习惯可以减少托幼机构诺如病毒胃肠炎局部暴发.Objective To explore the risk factors of an outbreak of norovirus gastroenteritis in kindergartens and to control the outbreak in time.Methods Field epidemiological method was used to investigate the epidemic characteristics,retrospective cohort study was used to verify the hypothesis and sampling test.Results From June 18 to 30,2019,a total of 15 cases were found,including 6 confirmed cases and 9 suspected cases,all of which were children and family cases in small(4)class.The attack rate of small class was 66.7%(12/18),and the total attack rate of family was 41.67%(5/12).There were 7 males and 8 females.The ratio of male to female was(0.9:1).The main symptoms were abdominal pain(93.33%),vomiting(53.33%),fever(26.67%)and diarrhea(20.00%).The habit of biting fingers or foreign bodies increased the risk of norovirus infection(RR=27.02,95%CI:2.01-368.43).Conclus ion Good health habits can reduce the local outbreak of norovirus gastroenteritis in kindergartens.
