摘 要:银纳米线具有优异的光电性能、耐曲绕性、生物相容性以及导热性能,在光学、电学、催化、抗菌材料等诸多领域具有广阔的应用前景。综述了近年来国内外采用溶剂热法制备银纳米线的研究进展,介绍了多元醇体系中银纳米线的形成机理,然后按照银纳米线制备过程中成核、生长阶段的受实验参数控制的规律性,分析了溶剂热法制备银纳米线的主要影响因素,包括溶剂和还原剂种类、前驱物浓度、成核控制剂种类及浓度、表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的相对分子质量及浓度、反应温度与时间等。最后,指出了溶剂热法制备银纳米线的关键问题,并对银纳米线未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Due to their excellent optoelectronic properties,bending resistance,biocompatibility and heat transfer performance,silver nanowires have broad application prospects in the fields of optics,electricity,catalysis and antibacterial.In this paper,the study progress of silver nanowires by solvothermal method was comprehensively reviewed.First,the formation mechanism of silver nanowires in the polyol system was depicted.Second,according to the regularity of the nucleation and growth stages controlled by experimental parameters in the preparation of silver nanowires,the main influencing factors for the preparation of silver nanowires by solvothermal method were analyzed,including the types of solvents and reducing agents,the concentration of precursors,the type and concentration of the nucleation agent,the molecular weight and concentration of the surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone,the reaction temperature and time,etc.Finally,the key issues for the solvothermal preparation of silver nanowires were proposed and the development trends of silver nanowires were discussed.
