摘 要:采用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),通过溶液共混法制得聚乳酸(PLA)/GO复合材料。对有关产物的形貌、结构和性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明:GO的引入未破坏PLA的结构,并对PLA的力学性能、热稳定性、亲水性起到明显的改善作用。当GO质量分数为1.0%时,复合材料拉伸强度达60.2MPa,断裂伸长率达到11.5%,分别比PLA提高了45.8%和71.6%,当GO质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的热分解温度(5%质量分解率)达到351.2℃,比PLA提高了25.1℃,接触角为60.88°,比PLA降低了24.84%。A graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by modified Hummers method.Then,using the self-made GO as modification filling,the composites of PLA/GO was obtained through solution blending.The morphology,structure and properties of relative products were characterized and tested.The results showed that the introduction of GO did not destroy the structure of PLA,and effectively improved the mechanical properties,thermal stability and hydrophilicity of PLA.When mass fraction of GO was 1.0%,the tensile strength and breaking elongation of the composites rose to 60.2MPa and 11.5%that increased by 45.8%and 71.6%,respectively,compared with PLA.When mass fraction of GO was 1.5%,the initial decomposition temperature(mass decomposition rate was 5%)of the composites increased to 351.2℃that was 25.1℃higher than PLA.Meantime,contact angle of the composites was 60.88°that decreased by 24.84%compared with PLA.
