摘  要:稀土钒磷酸盐中VO_(4)^(3-)被PO_(4)^(3-)部分取代,可显著地提高V-V之间的能量传递,使荧光粉的发光性能进一步优化。为提高荧光发光性能和稳定性,以稀土Dy^(3+)作为发光中心,采用水热法180℃合成Y(P_(0.75)V_(0.25)O_(4))∶Dy^(3+)纳米荧光材料,调控Dy^(3+)掺量为3%,V/P=1/3时,荧光强度最佳。在弱碱性条件下,反应3h时有利于材料荧光性能提高,衰减时间为240μs,稳定性较好。The partially replacement of VO_(4)^(3-) by PO_(4)^(3-) n rare earth vanadium can significantly increase the energy transfer between V-V and enhance the luminescent properties of phosphors.In order to improve its fluorescence emission performance and stability,Y(P_(0.75)V_(0.25)O_(4))∶Dy^(3+) nano-fluorescent material was synthesized by hydrothermal method with vanadium phosphate yttrium and doped with rare earth Dy^(3+) at 180℃.The fluorescence intensity was optimal in the presence of of 3%Dy^(3+) and V/P=1/3.Under weak alkaline conditions,the reaction for 3h was beneficial for the improvement of the fluorescence properties of the materials.The decay time was 240μs,which presenting excellent stability.
