摘 要:采用氧化锌、单宁酸(TA)与硅烷偶联剂改性三聚磷酸铝(ATP)制备得到有机-无机改性三聚磷酸铝防锈颜料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段表征了ATP改性前后的形貌与结构特征,测量其改性前后的物理性能,并在水性丙烯酸涂料体系中评价其防锈性能。结果表明:氧化锌有效地缓解了ATP的高酸性,单宁酸与硅烷偶联剂接枝在ATP表面,当单宁酸添加量为1%时,ATP在水性涂料中的防锈性能提升,与树脂之间的相容性增强,对ATP在水性涂料中的运用具有现实参考意义。In this study,zinc oxide,tannic acid(TA)and silane coupling agent were used to modify aluminum tripolyphosphate(ATP)to prepare organic-inorganic modified aluminum tripolyphosphate antirust pigments.The morphology and structure characteristics before and after ATP modification were analyzed by SEM,XRD,FT-IR,etc.The physical properties before and after ATP modification were measured and its antirust performance was evaluated in the waterborne acrylic coating system.The results showed that zinc oxide effectively alleviated the high acidity of ATP.Tannic acid and silane coupling agent were successfully grafted on the surface of ATP.When the added amount of tannic acid was 1%,the antirust performance of ATP in waterborne coatings was improved,and the compatibility with resin was also enhanced,which had practical reference significance for the application of ATP in waterborne coatings.
