摘  要:将硫酸水解得到的纳晶纤维素(NCC)和壳聚糖(CS)溶液通过均匀共混、冷冻干燥制备了结构良好、性能优异的CS/NCC多孔复合膜,通过物理吸附卤胺抗菌剂,制备的多孔膜具有高效抗菌活性,可快速杀死大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。利用万能试验机和扫描电镜,探究了CS和NCC不同比例对多孔膜的结构性能的影响,并探究了二者不同比例对水蒸汽透过率、孔隙率和表面密度的影响。The nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC)hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid and chitosan(CS)solution were processed through homogenization and freeze-drying to obtain a porous NCC/CS film.The porous film adsorbed with antibacterial agent possessed a high antibacterial activity,which was able to kill S.aureus(ATCC 6538)and E.coli(ATCC 8099)quickly.The effects of different proportions of CS and NCC on the structure and properties of the porous film were investigated by using universal materials tester and scanning electron microscope.Then the influence of their various proportions on water vapor transmittance,porosity and surface density were also studied.
