摘  要:采用分层法制备TiO_(2)水泥复合砂浆,测试了不同TiO_(2)掺量、面层厚度复合砂浆的力学性能和干缩性能,研究了光照强度、罗丹明B浓度、环境作用等因素对砂浆光催化性能的影响规律。结果表明,随TiO_(2)掺量及面层厚度的增大,复合砂浆的强度下降、干缩率增大;当砂浆面层厚度为5mm、TiO_(2)掺量为5%时,其对复合砂浆的强度影响较小;光源类型与光强对早期降解速率的影响显著,光照60min内,自然太阳光照射下的TiO_(2)水泥复合砂浆对罗丹明B的降解率最大,200W紫外灯次之,短波紫外光和长波紫外光依次减少;随TiO_(2)掺量的增加,复合砂浆的碳化深度增大,但碳化作用对TiO_(2)水泥复合砂浆光催化性能的影响较小;环境湿度变化对TiO_(2)水泥复合砂浆光催化性能的影响较显著,其中,浸水环境的影响最大,自然环境和干湿循环的次之,而干燥环境条件下的最小。The TiO_(2) cement composite mortar was prepared by layering method,and the mechanical properties and dry shrinkage properties of the composite mortar with different TiO_(2) contents and surface layer thickness were measured.The influences of light intensity,rhodamine B concentration and environmental effects on the photocatalytic properties of the mortar were investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of TiO_(2) content and surface layer thickness,the strength of the composite mortar decreased and the dry shrinkage increased;It had a minimal impact on the strength of the composite mortar when layer thickness was 5mm and the TiO_(2) content was 5%.The light source type and light intensity had obvious effects on the early degradation rate.Within 60 minutes of light exposure,the degradation rate of TiO_(2) cement composite mortar rhodamine B under natural light irradiation was the largest,followed by 200W UV lamp,and the short-wave UV and long-wave UV decreased in order.The carbonation depth of composite mortar increased with the increase of TiO_(2) doping,but the effect of carbonation on the photocatalytic performance of TiO_(2) cement composite mortar was small.The environmental humidity had a significantly impact on the photocatalytic performance of TiO_(2) cement composite mortar,among which,the effect of submerged environment was the largest,natural environment and dry and wet cycles were the second,and dry environmental conditions were the smallest.
