摘 要:以竹为原料,采用氢氧化钾活化-炭化一步法制备竹活性炭。通过扫描电镜、比表面积BET、X射线衍射仪对竹活性炭进行表征,以竹活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值为考察指标,通过改变浸渍碱浓度、浸渍比、浸渍时间及活化炭化温度来探究其对竹活性炭吸附性的影响。结果表明:当浸渍碱浓度为40%、竹碱浸渍比为1∶4、浸渍时间为24h、活化时间为1h、活化温度为800℃时,制得的竹活性炭比表面积达1270m^(2)/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值达到495mg/g,碘吸附值达到1353mg/g。该方法将活化和炭化同时进行,有效地降低了成本,且制备的竹活性炭对亚甲基蓝和碘有较高的吸附性,为工业污染废水的处理提供一种废水吸附剂,具有良好的环保和经济效益。Bamboo was used as raw material to prepare activated carbon by potassium hydroxide method activation.The bamboo-activated carbon was characterized by SEM,BET and XRD.Taking adsorption value of bamboo-activated carbon for methylene blue and iodine as indexes,the influences of processing parameters including the concentration of impregnation alkali,impregnation ratio,impregnation time and activation carbonization temperature on the adsorbability of bamboo-activated carbon were investigated.The results showed that the specific surface area of activated carbon reached to 1270m^(2)/g,the adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 495mg/g and the adsorption capacity of iodine rose to 1353mg/g when concentration of impregnation alkali,impregnation ratio,impregnation time,activation time and temperature were 40%,1∶4,24h,1h and 800℃,respectively.Bamboo was activated and carbonized simultaneously,which effectively reduced the cost.The bamboo-activated carbon possessed high adsorption for methylene blue and iodine and could be taken as a wastewater adsorbent for the treatment of industrial pollution wastewater,which benefitted to both environment and economy.
