摘 要:于2021年1月下旬,在珠江三角洲河网,开展了浮游植物和浮游动物实地调查,研究了浮游植物和浮游动物的分布特征,分析了咸潮入侵的影响。研究结果表明,珠江三角洲河网水体中分布着72种浮游植物和21种浮游动物,硅藻和蓝藻为浮游植物的主要类群,轮虫类为浮游动物的主要类群;由海洋向陆地方向,珠江三角洲河网水体的盐度在不断减小,水体中的营养盐含量在逐渐增大,从崖门水道到虎门水道,浮游植物群落和浮游动物群落的丰度、生物量都逐渐增大;咸潮入侵是浮游植物群落生物量、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和物种丰富度的主要影响因素。In this study, the phytoplankton and zooplankton in the rivr net of the Pearl River Delta in January2021 were investigated, their distribution and the impact of salt tides on them were analyzed systematically. A total of 72 species of phytoplankton and 21 species of zooplankton have been recorded by survey. Diatoms,cyanobacterial and dinoflagellates were the main groups of phytoplankton, and rotifers were the main group of zooplankton. The abundance, biomass, and diversity of phytoplankton, and the abundance and biomass of zooplankton, gradually increased from the Yamen to Humen straits. Salt tide is one of the main factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton and zooplankton. The higher the level of salt tide intrusion, the more quantity, biomass and species of phytoplankton, but there was no significant correlation between the distribution of zooplankton and salt tide intrusion. This study provided fundamental information for the systematic understanding of the distribution and driving factors of plankton in the Pearl River Delta, and provided data support for the studies of plankton community composition and ecological functions in estuarine wetlands.
