摘 要:2018年欧洲委员会官方网站发布了《<欧洲语言共同参考框架>补充指南》(CEFR-CV),这是对2001版《欧洲语言共同参考框架》(CEFR)的增补和修订。其中的一个主要亮点是突出在语言和文化日益多样化的社会背景下,中介活动在语言教育中的重要性。它对中介活动的外延和内涵进一步做出界定和分类,并制定了文本中介、概念中介、人际中介和中介策略量表。这是《欧洲语言共同参考框架》提出的21世纪语言教育范式在时代发展与变革中的进一步延展和具体化,体现欧洲语言教育新的理念和趋势。本文将针对这一变化进行阐释和分析,并以此探讨欧洲语言教育理念在时代变革中的创新、发展以及给我国外语教育提供的借鉴和启示。In 2018, the CEFR Companion Volume, which completes the CEFR descriptive scheme and descriptor set, was published online on the CEFR website. One of the main highlights is its focus of mediation in language education, which has assumed greater importance with the increasing linguistic and cultural diversity of the societies. Descriptor scales are provided for mediating a text, for mediating concepts, for mediating communication, as well as for the related mediation strategies. The most significant point about the new descriptors scales to the mediation is a further extension and concretion of the 21 st century language education paradigm proposed by CEFR, reflecting the new ideas and trends of European language education. This paper will introduce and analyze the descriptor scales of mediation, in order to explore the innovation and development of the European language education in the era of change, as well as its reference and enlightenment for China’s foreign language education.
