摘 要:为了满足钻杆连接螺纹高效、可靠的检测需求,针对现有检测方法与装置的不足,提出了一种钻杆连接螺纹的磁扰动检测方法。利用COMSOL软件仿真分析了永磁体几何参数以及提离高度对螺纹根部磁化状态的影响,获得了最优的永磁体参数;并与高灵敏度霍尔传感器相配合制作成检测探头,然后根据螺纹曲率变化的特点,设计了多自由度自适应的探头跟踪机构,分别设计了钻杆连接内外螺纹的检测装置,检测效率为30 s/根,最小检测深度为0.15 mm。In order to meet the requirements for efficient and reliable detection of drill pipe connection threads, a magnetic perturbation detection method for drill pipe connection threads was proposed in view of the deficiencies of the existing detection methods and devices. The influence of the geometric parameters of the permanent magnet and the lift-off distance on the magnetization state of the thread root was simulated and analyzed by COMSOL software, and the optimal permanent magnet characteristics were obtained. According to the characteristics of the variation of the thread curvature, a multi-degree-of-freedom self-adaptive probe tracking mechanism was designed for detecting the inner and outer threads of the drill pipe connection, respectively. The detection speed is 30 s/piece, and the minimum detection depth is 0.15 mm.
