摘 要:试验旨在研究低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及营养物质表观代谢率的影响。选取144只1日龄肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组肉仔鸡饲喂标准蛋白质水平(23%)的基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别降低基础日粮1.0%、1.5%、2.0%粗蛋白质水平,并通过日粮配方调整氨基酸平衡。试验期10 d。结果显示:日粮降低1.0%、1.5%粗蛋白水平对肉仔鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉仔鸡血清中尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量及白球比例显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组肉仔鸡的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维表观代谢率显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,适度降低1~10日龄肉仔鸡日粮的蛋白水平并平衡氨基酸,可有效提高机体对营养物质的吸收代谢能力,并能够达到饲喂标准蛋白日粮的水平。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of low protein and amino acid balance diet on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and apparent metabolic rate of nutrients of broilers. A total of 144 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group and six broilers in each replicate. The broilers in control group were fed with basal diet with standard protein level(23%), and the crude protein levels in experimental group Ⅰ, groupⅡ and group Ⅲ were decreased by 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0%, respectively, and the amino acid balance was adjusted by diet formula. The experiment lasted for 10 d. The results showed that dietary reduction of crude protein levels by 1.0% and 1.5% had no significant effect on growth performance of broilers(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the content of medium urea nitrogen(BUN), uric acid(UA) and total cholesterol(TC) in serum of broilers in experimental group Ⅱ were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the content of total protein(TP), albumin(ALB) and the proportion of white spheres in serum of broilers in experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The apparent metabolic rates of dry matter, crude protein, ether extract and crude fiber of broilers in experimental group Ⅱwere significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that moderate reduction of protein level and balance of amino acids in diets of broilers from 1 to 10 d can effectively improve the absorption and metabolism of nutrients, and reach the level of standard protein diet.
