摘 要:目的探讨人格测验中社会赞许性题目作答时的行为学和脑电(EEG)功率谱指标。方法本研究以自陈式量表作为测试材料,区分普通题目作答和易诱发社会赞许性反应倾向的题目作答两种条件,评估健康被试(n=27)在两种题目作答条件下的行为学和EEG差异,主要分析作答反应时、功率谱的头皮分布和非对称性。结果行为学结果显示,社会赞许性作答的反应时显著延长(P=0.026);EEG功率谱分析显示,在刺激后450~550 ms,在以FC3为中心的左侧额中央区,社会赞许性作答条件下α振荡的功率谱显著低于非社会赞许性作答(P=0.002),出现明显事件相关去同步现象;对全脑非对称性的相关分析表明,颞顶区的非对称性与社会赞许性得分呈正相关(R=0.439,P=0.022)。结论自陈式问卷的施测过程中,反应时和左前脑区α功率谱均是社会赞许性题目作答时的敏感探测指标,反映了受试者在社会赞许性作答过程中认知负荷的变化,进一步地,颞顶区的非对称性可以预测个体的社会赞许性水平。Objective To identify the behavioral and electroencephalogram(EEG)power markers of social desirability responding(SDR)questions in personality test.Methods The self-report scale was used as the test material for the purpose of distinguishing the differences in behavior and EEG of healthy subjects(n=27)when answering SDR questions and non-SDR questions.Then we calculated and analyzed the scalp distribution and asymmetry ofαpower as well as reaction time.Results Behavioral results presented significantly prolonged reaction time of SDR(P=0.026).EEG power spectral analysis showed thatαpower of SDR was significantly lower than that of non-SDR(P=0.002),centered in the left frontal-central lobe 450550 ms after stimuli.This was obviously an event-related desynchronization phenomenon.The correlation analysis of whole brain asymmetry showed that the asymmetry of the temporo-parietal region was positively correlated with the score of SDR(R=0.439,P=0.022).Conclusion In self-report questionnaires,reaction time andαpower of left anterior scalp are sensitive indicators of social desirable answering,which suggests changes of cognitive load in the process of SDR and indicates thatαpower asymmetry of the temporo-parietal region can predict the SDR score.
