摘　　要：随访是真实世界研究中的重要一环,其真实性、完整性对得到真实世界证据起着决定性作用。本研究发现真实世界研究中随访面临着失访率偏高,随访内容不完整、不准确,随访的时间与人力成本较高等问题。基于此,本文提出从随访的必要内容和随访质量两方面进行探索以解决问题。Follow-up is an important part of real world study,and its authenticity and completeness play a decisive role in obtaining real world evidence.This study found that follow-up in real world study faced problems such as high loss to follow-up,incomplete and inaccurate follow-up content,and high follow-up time and labor costs.Based on this,we propose to explore the necessary follow-up content and follow-up quality to solve the problems.
