民俗文化组织的变迁逻辑——以广西田阳舞狮为例

摘　　要：从组织变迁-功能适应的动态视角出发,考察广西田阳舞狮组织的历史变迁,在舞狮组织变迁的轨迹中求解民俗文化组织的功能适应问题。研究发现,田阳舞狮组织经历了传统时期以家族-宗族化为载体,近现代以降以基层地域或单位为依托,改革开放后又呈体制化和市场化发展的变迁轨迹。进一步梳理已有的民俗文化研究,证明上述变迁轨迹也是当下各类民俗文化组织共同呈现的变迁逻辑。这一逻辑反映出民俗从传统走向现代过程中需求、组织与活动三者之间的互构:民俗文化以需求为基础塑造组织功能,需求随社会发展而变化,组织不断进行创新性适应,只有在组织建设中处理好需求与功能适应的关系,才能实现民俗文化的发展。由于社会转型的时空差异,当代中国的民俗文化组织在发展程度、所处环境和功能定位上呈多元状态,对民俗文化组织变迁逻辑的提炼,有助于深入理解这种多元状态和背后的结构性问题,有助于提高政策支持的针对性。Starting from the dynamic perspective of organizational change and functional adaptation,this paper investigated the changes in the history of Guangxi Tianyang Lion dance organizations,aiming to solve the problem of functional adaption of folk culture organizations in the path of changes of lion dance organizations.It is found that Tianyang Lion Dance organization has gone through the traditional period with family-clanization as the carrier and the modern period with grassroots territoriality and units as the basis.After the reform and opening up,it has shown a change track of institutionalization and marketization.By combing the existing folk culture researches,it is proved that the above changing routes has reflected the same logic as in all kinds of folk culture organizations nowadays.This logic reflects the mutual construction of needs,organization and activities of folk when they were moving from tradition to modernization.It also reflects that the folk culture shuffles organizational functions on the basis of needs,that is,as the need changes with the development of society,the folk culture organizations will adapt the changes continuously with innovations,and only by properly handling the relationship between demand and functional adaptation in the process of organizational construction can the development of folk culture be realized.Due to the time and space difference in social transformation,contemporary Chinese folk culture organizations are diverse in terms of development level,environment,and functional positioning.Therefore,the logical refinement of changes in folk culture organizations would contribute to understand the diverse state and the structural issues behind,which shall help improve the pertinence of policy support at the end.
