摘　　要：目的:分析述情障碍与非适应性认知情绪调节策略在家庭环境与抑郁之间的作用,探讨家庭环境影响抑郁的具体机制。方法:共有394名心理科门诊患者完成家庭环境量表、多伦多述情障碍量表、认知情绪调节策略问卷、流调中心用抑郁量表和状态焦虑量表。控制性别与焦虑水平,构建家庭环境、述情障碍、非适应性认知情绪调节策略、抑郁症状的结构方程模型。结果:家庭环境对抑郁的直接效应为0.123(P<0.01),占总效应的46.77%;家庭环境通过述情障碍→非适应性认知情绪调节策略的链式中介对抑郁的间接效应为0.090(P<0.01),占总效应的34.22%。结论:家庭环境可直接影响抑郁,也可通过述情障碍与非适应性认知情绪调节策略间接影响抑郁。Objective:To investigate how alexithymia and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies affect the relationship between family environment and depression.Methods:A total of 394 outpatients with psychological disorders completed the Family Environment Scale,the 20-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale,the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scales,and the State Anxiety Inventory.With gender and anxiety level being controlled,one structural equation model was constructed among family environment,alexithymia,maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies,and depression.Results:The direct effect value of family environment on depression was 0.123(P<0.01)and the ratio was 46.77%.The indirect effect value of family environment on depression through the chain mediating path of alexithymia to maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies was 0.090(P<0.01)and the ratio was 34.22%.Conclusion:Family environment could not only directly affect depression,but also indirectly affect depression through alexithymia and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies.
