摘　　要：目的:探究负面评价恐惧、认知重评、表达抑制、社交焦虑和抑郁之间的关系。方法:使用简版负面评价恐惧量表、流调中心用抑郁量表、情绪调节问卷、社交回避与苦恼量表对814名大学生施测。结果:(1)负面评价恐惧与抑郁呈显著正相关,且负面评价恐惧对抑郁有正向预测作用。(2)认知重评、表达抑制和社交焦虑在负面评价恐惧对抑郁的作用中起多重序列中介作用,即负面评价恐惧分别通过认知重评、表达抑制、社交焦虑、认知重评→社交焦虑、表达抑制→社交焦虑对抑郁起到显著间接作用。结论:负面评价恐惧可以直接影响抑郁,也可以通过认知重评、表达抑制和社交焦虑间接影响抑郁。Objective:To examine the relationships among fear of negative evaluation,cognitive reappraisal,expressive suppression,social anxiety,and depression.Methods:814 college students were recruited to complete the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale,The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale.Results:(1)Fear of negative evaluation was positively correlated with depression,and fear of negative evaluation had a significant positive predictive effect on depression;(2)Cognitive reappraisal,expressive suppression,and social anxiety significantly exerted multiple mediating effects on the association between fear of negative evaluation and depression.i.e.,fear of negative evaluation influenced depression via cognitive reappraisal,expressive suppression,social anxiety,cognitive reappraisal→social anxiety,expressive suppression→social anxiety paths respectively.Conclusion:Fear of negative evaluation could not only influence depression directly,but also through the mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal,expressive suppression,and social anxiety indirectly.
