摘 要:目的:对儿童期逆境国际问卷(Adverse Childhood Experiences-International Questionnaire,ACE-IQ)在我国中学生群体中进行修订,并进行信效度检验。方法:在中学生群体中回收有效问卷4807份,另选取118名中学生进行间隔3周后的重测;以自评的抑郁、焦虑敏感性指数和生活满意度作为效标。结果:修订后的ACE-IQ共14个条目,22个逆境描述,包括4个维度:儿童虐待忽视、家庭外暴力、家庭功能障碍和父/母缺失。验证性因素分析结果发现四因子模型与数据拟合较好(CFI=0.90,IFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.05)。修订后的ACE-IQ的K-R20系数为0.71,重测信度为0.73。ACE-IQ总分与抑郁(r=0.36,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与焦虑敏感(r=0.29,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与生活满意度(r=-0.27,P<0.01)呈显著负相关。结论:修订后的中文版儿童期逆境问卷ACE-IQ具有良好的信度和效度,可作为我国中学生儿童期逆境的测量工具。Objective:To revise the Adverse Childhood Experiences-International Questionnaire(ACE-IQ)and evaluate its reliability and validity among Chinese middle school students.Methods:A sample of 4807 middle school students completed the revised ACE-IQ,the depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC),the childhood anxiety sensitivity index in children(CASI-C)and the satisfaction with life scale(SWLS).And another 118 middle school students were retested3 weeks later for the test-retest reliability analysis.Results:The revised 14-item scale consisted of 22 descriptions of adverse childhood experiences and four factors:childhood maltreatment and neglect,violence outside the home,family dysfunction,and parent absence.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 4-factor model fitted the data well(CFI=0.90,IFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.05).The K-R20 coefficient of the revised scale is 0.71,and the test-retest reliability was 0.73.The revised ACE-IQ were significantly positively correlated with depression(r=0.36,P<0.01)and anxiety sensitivity(r=0.29,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with life satisfaction(r=-0.27,P<0.01).Conclusion:The revised Chinese version of ACEIQ has good reliability and validity and it can be used as an effective instrument to assess the level of adverse childhood experiences among Chinese middle school students.
