摘 要:目的:通过对《中国大学生心理健康筛查量表》的选项等级和部分题目进行修改来改善问卷质量。方法:把4级计分改为5级计分并对13道题目进行修改,修改前的问卷和修改后的问卷分别用于对2019和2020级共14778名新生的测试,然后对两个年级的测验结果进行对比分析。结果:①问卷修改以后,在22个维度中,有18个维度的内部一致性信度略有提升,信度略有下降的只有1个;②在直接依据各题的得分对测验结果进行解释的框架下,问卷修改后,除了自杀维度在2级和3级风险上的比例以及自伤维度在2级风险上的比例未发生变化外,各个心理筛查指标在各相应风险等级上的比例都出现了下降,综合评定为1-3级风险者的比例也都出现了下降。结论:①对问卷的修改提高了测验结果评价的准确性和筛查效率。②测验结果的解释仍应直接以各题的得分为依据,而不是以维度的标准分为依据。Objective:To improve the quality of the questionnaire by modifying the level of options and some items of the mental health screening scale for Chinese college students.Methods:Modifying the questionnaire by changing the 4-level test into 5-level test and revising 13 items,and the pro and the post modified questionnaire were used to test 14778freshmen in grade 2019 and grade 2020 respectively and then the data of the two grades were analyzed.Results:①After the modification of the questionnaire,the internal consistency reliability of 18 of the 22 dimensions increased slightly,and only one of them decreased slightly;②Under the framework of explaining the test results directly according to the scores of each item,after the modification of the questionnaire,except the proportion of Suicide Dimension in Level 2 and Level 3risk and the proportion of Self-injury Dimension in Level 2 risk did not change,the proportion of each psychological screening index in each corresponding risk level decreased,and the proportion of 1-3 risk level by comprehensive assessment also all decreased.Conclusion:①The modification of the questionnaire improved the accuracy of test results evaluation and screening efficiency.②The interpretation of test results should still be based directly on the scores of items,not on the standard scores of dimensions.
