摘  要:目的:探究基于父母行为训练的循证教养技能小组疗法在中国大陆父母中的效果及接受度。方法:采用随机对照试验,选取141名6-12岁儿童及其父母,将其随机分成干预组(n=72)和对照组(n=69)。干预组父母进行持续8周共10次的父母行为训练小组干预,对照组不给予干预程序。采用照料者愿望核查表、父母教养压力问卷简表和小组满意度量表等在基线(T0)、8周干预结束后(T1)及干预三个月后(T2,因新冠疫情数据流失率较高,T2未纳入本研究)进行评估。结果:干预8周后,干预组父母在教养技能总分(P<0.01)、制止不良行为(P<0.001)及建立积极联结(P<0.05)维度得分显著高于对照组,在教养压力(P<0.05)维度得分显著低于对照组。此外,干预组父母平均出勤率达75.00%,对于小组的平均满意度在9分以上(满分10分)。结论:本研究为父母行为训练在中国大陆地区的可行性和有效性提供了初步的实证支持。Objective:This study aims to investigate the effect and acceptability of evidence-based parenting skills group therapy based on Behavioral Parent Training(BPT)in Chinese mainland parents.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used in this study.141 children aged 6-12 and their parents were randomly divided into intervention group(n=72)and control group(n=69).Parents in the intervention group were treated with BPT which lasted 8 weeks in 10 sessions,while the control group was not given the intervention procedure.The Standardized measurement tools,like Caregiver Wish List(CWL),Parenting Stress Index Short Form(PSI-SF)and Group Session Rating Scale(GSRS)were assessed at baseline(T0),8 weeks after intervention(T1)and three months after intervention(T2)(due to the high data missing rate caused by COVID-19,T2 data were not included in this study).Results:Compared with the control group,the BPT group significantly enhanced the parenting skills by improving their ability of“discouraging undesirable behavior”and“connecting positively with youth”(CWL,P=0.006,d=0.56;CWL-Discouraging Undesirable Behavior,P=0.001,d=0.64;CWL-connecting positively with youth,P=0.024,d=0.39).And intervention significantly reduced the parenting pressure of the parents(PSI-SF,P=0.012,d=0.49).In addition,the average attendance of the BPT group parents was 75.00%,and the average satisfaction score was above 9 points(the full score was 10 points).Conclusion:This study provides preliminary empirical support for the feasibility and effectiveness of the group therapy of PBT in Chinese mainland.
