摘 要:目的:探讨网络团体心理辅导公益项目中,领导者远程培养模式成效及各角色阶段成长因素。方法:对16名项目参与者进行访谈,采用扎根理论进行材料分析与理论建构。结果:项目呈现“体验-观察-协同-领导-督导”远程循环培养模式,集训练场、服务场、督导场于一体。受训者各角色阶段的成长因素各不相同,从理论走向实务,逐渐成长为网络团体领导者。团体成员与观察员角色阶段提供了“多元视角”的专业反馈,将“理论可视化”;协同领导者、领导者角色阶段将“理论扎根实践”,实现团体领导者快速成长。结论:抗击新冠肺炎疫情背景下,网络具有跨地域、跨时空工作特性,将教学与培养融入到实际服务过程中,网络团体领导者远程培养模式具有不可替代的优势。Objective:To explore the remote development model and growth factors of online group leaders in an online group counseling public service program.Methods:16 project participants were interviewed,and grounded theory was used for material analysis and theory construction.Results:The online group leaders showed a“experience-observationcoordination-leadership-supervision”long-distance cyclic training model,integrating service field,supervision field,and training field.The trainees had different growth factors in each role stage,from theory to practice,and gradually grew into a qualified online group leader.In the group member and observer role stage,we provided professional feedback from multiple roles with“multiple perspectives”and visualize“theory”;through the co-leader and leader role stage,theory is rooted in practice,so that group leaders could grow rapidly.Conclusion:In the context of the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic,the special characteristics conferred by the network can work across geography and time,integrating teaching and training into the actual service process,and the online group leader long-distance cyclic training model has irreplaceable advantages.
