中药半枝莲质量评价的研究进展

摘　　要：目的了解中药半枝莲质量评价的研究进展。方法通过查阅相关文献并归纳总结,对半枝莲质量评价方面的研究进行综述。结果半枝莲质量评价的研究内容主要包括性状和显微鉴定、指纹图谱研究以及含量测定研究,其中对于有效部位和药材中单体成分的含量测定研究报道相对较多。结论半枝莲的质量评价研究取得了一定进展,但尚存在一些问题,需要进一步深入探讨。Objective To know about the research progress in quality evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine Scutellariae barbatae Herba.Methods Through reviewing related literatures and summarizing,the research on quality evaluation of Scutellariae barbatae Herba was reviewed.Results The research of quality evaluation of Scutellariae barbatae Herba mainly included characters and microscopic identification,fingerprint and content determination,among which the determination of the effective parts and single component was relatively reported more.Conclusion Much progress has been made in the quality evaluation of Scutellariae barbatae Herba,but there are still some problems,which need to be further discussed.
