摘  要:利用三维荧光光谱-平行因子分解法对沙颍河上覆水中有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)的组成成分、荧光强度和可能来源进行分析,并探究了CDOM与营养物质之间的相互关系。结果表明,沙颍河上覆水中CDOM主要有3种类别,分别为自生源类腐殖质、陆生源类腐殖质和类色氨酸,类腐殖质所占比例最大。类腐殖质组分自上游至下游呈现先下降再上升的趋势,类蛋白质组分在城区含量最高。CDOM含量受陆生源和自生源的共同影响,具有高腐殖质和弱至中度新近自生源的特征,类腐殖质组分和类蛋白质组分的来源有所不同。由CDOM各荧光组分与营养物质的相关性分析结果可知,陆源性类腐殖质的分解可能会造成水体中磷的二次污染,类蛋白质组分可能会影响氮磷的迁移转化过程。CDOM是溶解性有机碳(DOC)的重要组成部分,能通过CDOM特征反演出DOC的含量。Excitation-emission matrix spectroscopy combined with parallel factor analysis(EEMs-PARAFAC)was applied to investigate the composition,fluorescence intensities and possible sources of chromophoric dissolved organic matter(CDOM)in the overlying water of Shaying River,and the relationship between the fluorescence intensities of each component and the nutrients contents was discussed based on the correlation analysis.The results revealed that there were three fluorescence components in the CDOM of Shaying River,which were autogenic humus-like,terrestrial humus-like,and protein-like components,with the largest proportion of humus-like components.Spatially,the fluorescence intensities of humus-like components showed a trend of decreasing first and the increasing from upstream to downstream,while the protein-like components had the highest intensities in urban sampling site.The intensities of CDOM were affected by both autogenic and terrestrial sources,which were characterized by high humus and weak to moderately recent autologous source according to BIX and HIX.The sources of humus-like components and protein-like components were different.The decomposition of terrestrial humus-like components may cause the secondary pollution of phosphorus in the river.Protein-like components would likely affect the transportation and transformation process of nitrogen and phosphorus.CDOM was an important part of DOC,which can reflect the content of DOC through the fluorescence characteristics of CDOM.
