摘  要:本文应用定量化建筑设计理论与方法,通过建筑全生命周期阶段划分研究、全生命周期碳排放自动计算技术研究和优化设计软件研发,建立了支持碳排放性能优化的建筑设计技术方法,实现了设计过程中建筑碳排放分类量算和建筑设计方案碳排放性能优化的目标。同时基于BIM信息模型的智能运维设计管理平台,实现了建筑建造、运维和再利用阶段智能控碳,支持设计优化成果应用于建筑全生命周期碳排放管理的目标。With the application of quantitative building design theories and methods,this paper aims to establish a technical approach to building design that supports the optimisation of carbon emission performance through the study of the division of the whole life cycle of buildings,the study of automatic carbon emission calculation technology for the whole life cycle and the development of carbon emission calculation and design optimisation software.It realises the goal of classifying the calculation of building carbon emissions in the design process and optimising the carbon performance of building design solutions.Meanwhile,the intelligent Operation and Maintenance(O&M)design management platform based on BIM achieves the goal of intelligent carbon control in the construction,operation,and reuse stages of buildings,and supports the application of design optimisation,thus realising carbon management of the whole building life cycle.
