摘　　要：对悬浮法PVC汽提装置进行了技术改造,使用先进的溢流堰式汽提塔替代穿流式筛板汽提塔、宽流道换热器替代螺旋板式换热器,并增加了出塔浆料缓冲罐,解决了成品PVC树脂杂质含量波动、氯乙烯残留量偏高、蒸汽单耗高、换热器清理频繁等问题。The stripping unit for PVC producd by suspension method were technically modified.Through adopting advanced overflow weir stripper instead of sieve plate stripper,wide-runner heat exchanger instead of spiral plate heat exchanger,and adding slurry buffer tank,problems,such as the fluctuation of the impurity content and high residual amount of vinyl chloride in PVC resin products,high steam consumption,and the frequent cleaning of the heat exchanger,were solved.
