摘  要:蔗糖转运蛋白参与了植物对生物和非生物胁迫的响应,研究蔗糖转运蛋白在植物抗病反应中的作用可以为挖掘新的抗病途径打下基础。OsSUT2影响植株生长发育,主要在将蔗糖从液泡转移到胞质这一跨液泡膜的转运过程中和糖从源器官叶片输出到库器官的过程中起作用。目前OsSUT2对水稻植株抗病性的影响仍不清晰。本研究利用基因编辑技术获得水稻蔗糖转运蛋白OsSUT2的突变体材料,通过病原菌接种实验,探究其与水稻抗病性之间的关系。结果显示,与对照相比,OsSUT2基因敲除后,突变体对稻瘟病和白叶枯的抗病性减弱,并且对水稻部分产量性状造成负面影响。Sucrose transporter(SUT)is involved in plants response to biotic and abiotic stresses.Investigating the function of sucrose transporter in plant disease resistance can lay the foundation for the discovery of new disease resistance pathways.OsSUT2 affects plant growth and development,OsSUT2 transport sucrose from vacuoles to cytoplasm across the vacuole membrane and export sugar from the source organ leaves to the library organ.However,the effects of OsSUT2 on disease resistance of rice plants are still unclear.In this study,rice sucrose transporter OsSUT2 mutant were obtained by gene editing technology,and the relationship between OsSUT2 and rice disease resistance was explored through pathogen inoculation experiments.Compared with the wild-type,the mutants were more susceptible to rice blast and bacterial blight,and it also had a negative impact on some rice yield traits.
