摘 要:本研究为了解薄壳山核桃苗期生长、光合特性及抗氧化能力受锌肥用量的影响,以薄壳山核桃品种‘Mahan’为材料,设置0.05、0.1、0.2、0.4 g施锌处理,发现幼苗在0.1 g锌肥处理下生长发育最好。低浓度(0.05,0.1 g)锌肥处理下幼苗的净光合速率显著高于高浓度处理(0.2,0.4 g),幼苗叶片的抗氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在低浓度处理下持续增强,而高浓度处理的叶片抗氧化酶活性仅在施肥前期略有增强。当锌肥用量超过每株0.2 g后,幼苗的生长受到抑制,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增大,净光合速率和抗氧化酶系统活性显著降低,表明在一定浓度范围内增施锌肥利于薄壳山核桃幼苗生长发育。本研究为薄壳山核桃苗期合理施肥提供了帮助。A series of zinc application level,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4 g,was set to investigate the effect of zinc fertilizer on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and antioxidant capacity of pecan seedlings,and’Mahan’seedlings were used as research material.Results showed that seedlings under the treatment at 0.1 g per plant had the best growth.Seedlings under low zinc concentrations(0.05,0.1 g)had a significantly higher net photosynthetic rate than that of high zinc concentration treatments(0.2,0.4 g).Applying low concentration zinc fertilizer can promote the POD,SOD and CAT activity of leaves continually,while the antioxidant capacity can only be raised in the earlier times of high zinc concentration fertilizing.The growth was inhibited when applying more than 0.2 g zinc fertilizer per plant.Meanwhile,the content of MDA arose significantly,with a considerable decrease of net photosynthetic rate and the activity of antioxidant system,indicating that supplement of certain amount of zinc fertilizer was beneficial for the growth and development of pecan seedlings.This experiment will provide reference for rational fertilizing in the seedling stage of pecan.
