摘 要:本研究通过采用二次通用旋转组合设计,研究播期、密度、施氮量、施磷量和施钾量五因素对‘莆莱1号’鲜豆荚产量的影响,解析各因素对产量的主效应及互作效应。结果表明:建立的方程回归关系极显著,拟合度较好;各因素对产量的影响顺序是:播期>施氮量>施钾量>密度>施磷量;密度与施钾量交互效应达到极显著性水平。‘莆莱1号’鲜豆荚产量大于18750kg/hm^(2)的优化组合方案为:播期为7月30日,种植密度7812~9096株/hm^(2),施氮量为625.27~656.55kg/hm^(2),施磷量为376.12~414.75kg/hm^(2),施钾量为740.62~779.77kg/hm^(2)。In this research,the effects of sowing date,density,nitrogen application,phosphorus application and potassium application on the yield of’Pulai No.1’fresh bean pods were studied by using a quadratic rotating combination design,and the main effect and interaction effect of each factor on yield were analyzed.The result showed that the established equation had significant regression relationship and good fitting degree.The order of each factors on yield was sowing date>nitrogen application>potassium application>density>phosphorus application.The interaction effect between density and potassium application reached significant level.The cultivation measures which made the yield of’Pulai No.1’fresh pods over 18750 kg/hm^(2)were as follows:the sowing date for July 30,the planting density for 7812~9096 plants/hm^(2),the nitrogen for 625.27~656.55 kg/hm^(2),the phosphorus for 376.12~414.75 kg/hm^(2),and the potassium for 740.62~779.77 kg/hm^(2).
