摘  要:[目的]为了解氟吡菌胺在荔枝中的残留情况和消解动力学规律,建立了荔枝中氟吡菌胺及其代谢物2,6-二氯苯甲酰胺(BAM)的残留分析方法。[方法]采用优化的QuEChERS方法,结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLCMS/MS)建立了荔枝中氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM的检测方法,研究氟吡菌胺在荔枝中的残留消解动态及最终残留量。[结果]在添加水平0.01~1 mg/kg范围内,氟吡菌胺和BAM在荔枝全果和果肉中的平均回收率为86%~111%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~8.4%范围,定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。氟吡菌胺在荔枝中的残留消解动态试验,海口和南宁2地消解半衰期分别为8.0、8.5 d。施药后14、21 d的荔枝全果和果肉样品中氟吡菌胺的残留量小于0.1 mg/kg,BAM均未检出。[结论]综合残留消解动态和最终残留试验,推荐20%氟吡菌胺悬浮剂用于防治荔枝霜霉病,于病害发生初期进行叶面喷雾处理,施药量为111 mg a.i./kg(制剂用量550 mg/kg),施药3次,施药间隔10 d,施药后14 d采收荔枝果实最为安全。[Aims]This study aims to understand the residues and dissipation kinetics of fluopicolide in litchi,a residue analysis method for fluopicolide and its metabolite 2,6-dichlorobenzamide(BAM)in litchi was established.[Methods]The optimized QuEChERS method combined with ultra performance liquid chromatoid-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was used to establish a method for the detection of fluopicolide and its metabolite BAM in litchi,and the residual dissipation dynamics and final residues of fluopicolide in litchi were studied.[Results]In the range of 0.01-1 mg/kg,the average recoveries of fluopicolide and BAM in whole fruit and pulp of litchi were 86%-111%,the relative standard deviations were 2.1%-8.4%,and the LOQ was 0.01 mg/kg.In the dynamic experiment of residual dissipation of fluopicolide in litchi,the half-lives of the two sites in Haikou,Hainan and Nanning,Guangxi were 8.0and 8.5 d respectively.On day 14 and 21 after application,the residual amount of fluopicolide in whole fruit and pulp samples of litchi was less than 0.1 mg/kg,BAM was not detected.[Conclusions]Based on the results of residue dissipation and final residue test,fluopicolide 20%suspension is recommended for the control of litchi downy mildew.Foliar spray is applied at the initial stage of the disease,and the dosage is 111 mg a.i./kg(550 mg formulation/kg).The application interval is 10 d.It is safest to harvest litchis 14 d after application.
