摘 要:[目的]筛选生物菌剂与化学药剂协同抑制人参锈腐病菌的增效配比,为有效防治人参锈腐病提供支持。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定6种生物菌剂与9种化学药剂的室内生物活性,选取EC50值较小且相互兼容的3种化学药剂与6种生物菌剂按照5∶1、3∶1、1∶1、1∶3、1∶5的比例进行复配,测定其联合生物活性,并进行田间药效试验。[结果]联合生物活性测定共筛选出82个(91.11%)复配质量比组合具有增效作用,其中多菌灵∶NJ13(1∶5)增效作用最强,SR值为1 795 000,其次为苯醚甲环唑:解淀粉芽孢杆菌(5∶1)和咯菌腈∶NJ13(1∶5),SR值分别为615 530和308 125。田间试验结果表明:与单剂处理相比,1亿CFU/g贝莱斯芽孢杆菌NT35与多菌灵(1∶1)复配组合对人参苗期根腐病和成株期锈腐病的防治效果均高于多菌灵单剂。[结论]获得了生防菌剂与化学药剂协同防治人参锈腐病的增效配比,为生物防治的增效应用及化学农药减量施用奠定了基础。[Aims]This study aims to screen out the synergistic ratio of biological agent and chemical fungicide to inhibit Ilyonectria robusta causing ginseng rusty root rot.[Methods]The indoor bioactivity of six biological agents and nine chemical fungicides was determined by mycelium growth rate method.The six biological agents and three chemical fungicides with lower EC50values and compatible with each other were selected and mixed in a proportion of5:1,3:1,1:1,1:3 and 1:5,and the combined toxicity was determined and the field efficacy test was carried out.[Results]The results showed that a total of 82 combinations(91.11%)were synergistic.Carbendazim:NJ13(1:5)had the best synergistic effect with SR value of 1795000,followed by difenoconazole:Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(5:1)and fludioxonil:NJ13(1:5)with SR value of 615530 and 308125,respectively.From the results of field test,compared with single agent treatment,the combination of 108CFU/g NT35:carbendazim(1:1)had higher control effect on seedling root rot and adult rusty rot of Panax ginseng than carbendazim treatment.[Conclusions]This study laid the foundation for the synergy of chemicals and biologicals to control ginseng rusty root rot and decrease the use of chemical fungicides.
