摘　　要：[目的]筛选高效、低毒、安全防控温室茄子蓟马的有效药剂。[方法]进行了吡丙醚和唑虫酰胺对蓟马的室内生物活性测定和混剂配方筛选;同时以100 g/L吡丙醚乳油、30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂作为对照药剂,开展了40%吡丙醚·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对温室茄子蓟马的田间防控效果试验。[结果]吡丙醚和唑虫酰胺对蓟马的生物活性大小与处理剂量呈正相关性,唑虫酰胺的生物活性优于吡丙醚,吡丙醚:唑虫酰胺为1:1的共毒系数最高,协同增效作用最显著;40%吡丙醚·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对茄子蓟马具有良好的防治效果,中高剂量(78.75~90 g a.i./hm^(2))施药,药后3 d防效达85%以上,速效性优异;药后7~10 d,防效介于90.09%~94.96%之间,持效性理想。[结论]40%吡丙醚·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂可以作为防控设施蔬菜蓟马的推荐药剂,建议使用中高剂量(78.75~90 g a.i./hm^(2))。[Aims]The study aims to screen out effective insecticides for controlling greenhouse eggplant thrips.[Methods]The indoor biological activity of pyriproxyfen and tolfenpyrad on thrips was evaluated and the mixed ratio of them was screened.At the same time,the text of pyriproxyfen·tolfenpyrad 40%SC on greenhouse eggplant thrips was carried out under field conditions with pyriproxyfen 100 g/L EC and tolfenpyrad 30%SC as control agents.[Results]The results showed the biological activity of pyriproxyfen and tolfenpyrad amide depicted a significant positive correlation with the treatment concentration,and the activity of tolfenpyrad was better than that of pyriproxyfen.When pyriproxyfen:tolfenpyrad=1:1 the co-toxicity coefficient was the highest,and the synergistic effect was also the most significant.Moreover,pyriproxyfen·tolfenpyrad 40%SC has a good control effect on eggplant thrips with medium and high dosages(78.75-90 g a.i./ha),which was quick with more than 85%efficacy on day 3 after application.While on day 7,10 after the pesticide application,the efficacy was between 90.09%and 94.96%,which showed the mixture is lasting.[Conclusions]Pyriproxyfen·tolfenpyrad 40%SC can be used as a recommended agent for vegetable thrips in prevention and control facilities,and it is recommended to use medium and high dosages(78.75-90 g a.i./ha).
