摘　　要：开发了一种具备导静电功能的绿色环保型涂料,并通过涂层附着力、耐盐雾性、耐霉菌性、表面电阻率等性能测试,研究了水性成膜物类型、导电填料种类与添加量、功能助剂的类型与配比等对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,以水性丙烯酸乳液作为成膜物质,导电炭黑作为功能填料且其添加量10%~20%,分散剂添加量15%,增稠剂添加量1.5%~1.8%,消泡剂添加量0.05%~0.1%时,水性导静电涂料的综合性能最佳。其涂层在PS/PC材质的非金属包装箱上具有优异的附着力,而且72 h盐雾试验涂层表面不脱落、不起泡,耐霉菌性≤1级、表面电阻率≤10^(5)Ω·cm,其导静电性能满足GJB/Z 86—1997《静电放电防护包装手册》要求,符合军用装备非金属包装箱的防静电要求。A green and environment-friendly coating with electrostatic conductivity is prepared,which can meet the antistatic requirements of non-metallic packaging cases of military equipment.The effects of water-based film-forming substance and types and conductive filler dosage on the adhesion, salt fog resistance, mold resistance, surface resistivity and other performance of the coating are investigated. The results show that the best formula of waterborne electrostatic conductive coating is obtained when waterborne styroacrylic emulsion was used as film-former and conductive black was used as functional filler with the compositon of conductive black 10%-20%, dispersant 15%,thickener 1.5%-1.8% and defoamer 0.05%-0.1%. The adhesion of coating is no more than grade 1. After 72 h salt spray test, the coating surface has no peel off or bubble and its mold resistance is no more than grade 1. Its surface resistivity is no more than 10^(5)Ω·cm. The coating has excellent adhesion on non-metallic packaging cases made of PS/PC material, and its electrostatic conductivity meets the requirements of GJB/Z 86—1997“Electrostatic Discharge Protection Packaging Manual”.
