摘　　要：以水性环氧树脂为成膜物质,搭配固化剂、颜填料及其他助剂,制备了一种水性双组分环氧防锈漆。通过实验,对比分析了成膜树脂、颜基比、固化比、助剂及防锈颜料对水性防锈漆性能的影响,优化了水性防锈漆的配方。按优化配方所制得的涂料可作为通用型水性双组分环氧防锈漆,应用于金属防腐。A waterborne 2K epoxy antirust coating has been prepared by using waterborne epoxy resin as film-forming substance addition to curing agent, pigment and filler as well as other additives.The effects of film-forming materials, pigment/binder ratio, curing agent dosage and pigments, etc.on the film performance are investigated. The formula of waterborne antirust coating is optimized.The prepared coating can be used as general waterborne 2K epoxy antirust coating applicable to metal corrosion control.
