摘　　要：详细介绍了新修订的行业标准《涂料用氯化橡胶树脂》的适用范围、产品分类、项目设置及标准中各项目的限量要求、测试方法以及同类标准的国内外相关情况,并与老版标准做了对比。同时也指出了标准在质量提升、市场监督管理、新产品开发方面的作用。This paper introduces in detail the application scope, product classification, project setting, limit requirements and test methods of various items in the chlorinated rubber resin for coatings standard as well as the relevant situation of similar standards at home and abroad.Meanwhile, this paper compares these items with the old standard, points out the roles of the standard in quality improvement, market supervision and management and new products development.
