摘  要:大跨度结构具有内部空间广、体验感好等特点,在大型公共建筑中的应用逐年增多,但是结构安装质量、安全等问题较多。某主题公园游乐场结构为跨度超60 m的大跨度环形钢结构网壳,通过利用胎架、支撑钢板及起重机械实现构件预拼装、分段拼装与安装流水施工,使用测量仪器进行安装、卸载全过程监测与纠偏,有效控制了结构安装误差,节约施工工期,充分保证了结构整体安装质量和安全,具有良好的借鉴与指导价值。Large-span structure has the characteristics of wide internal space and good experience,and its application in large public buildings is increasing.However,there are many problems such as structural installation quality and safety.The structure of a theme park playground is a large-span annular steel reticulated shell with a span of more than 60 m.Through the use of jig frame,supporting steel plate and lifting machinery,the pre-assembly,sectional assembly and installation flow construction of components are realized.Measuring instruments are used to monitor and correct the whole process of installation and unloading,effectively controlling the structural installation error,saving the construction period,and fully ensuring the overall installation quality and safety of the structure.This work has good reference and guidance value.
