摘  要:空心小箱梁预制过程中,因小箱梁底部混凝土流动比较远的距离,无良好的流动通道,导致梁体出现成形不密实等质量缺陷。为克服以上缺陷,通过针对空心小箱梁的工艺创新研究,经过多种方案的对比分析,设计了一套空心小箱梁制作的模具,提出了一种利用小箱梁内模具浇筑小箱梁的施工方法。结果表明,新型模具和新工艺方法可以较好地解决小箱梁制作的问题。对小箱梁制作的研究与应用可为类似狭窄空间箱梁构件制作提供有利的参考价值。During the prefabrication of hollow small box girder,due to the long distance of concrete flow at the bottom of the small box girder and the lack of good flow channel,the beam body has certain quality defects,such as poor formation.In order to overcome the above defects,a set of molds made of hollow small box girder is designed through the technological innovation research on hollow small box girder and the comparative analysis of various schemes,and a construction method of pouring small box girder by using the mold inside the small box girder is proposed.The results show that the new mold and new technology can solve the problem of making small box girder.The research and application of small box girder prefabrication can provide favorable reference value for similar narrow space box girder component prefabrication.
