摘  要:依托绿地中心-杭州之门双子塔工程,针对外框及核心筒均为钢筋混凝土结构的超高层建筑建造的特点和难点,开展整体同步施工的模架技术及施工工艺研究。结合整体建造工艺路线,介绍了整体钢平台模架体系设计关键技术;突破传统工艺,采用整体钢平台模架与液压防护屏组合,形成超高层建筑外框结构与核心筒结构阶梯式同步施工的创新施工工艺,实现了外框结构与核心筒结构同步攀升。实践表明,该工艺安全可行,在此类超高层结构建造中效果良好。Relying on the Green Space Center Hangzhou Gate Twin Towers Project,in view of the characteristics and difficulties in the construction of super high-rise buildings with reinforced concrete structure as the outer frame and core tube,the research on the formwork technology and construction technology of overall synchronous construction was carried out.Combined with the overall construction process route,the key technologies for the design of the integral steel platform formwork system are introduced.Breaking through the traditional process,the combination of integral steel platform formwork and hydraulic protective screen is adopted to form an innovative construction process of stepped synchronous construction of the outer frame structure and the core tube structure of super high-rise buildings,realizing the synchronous climbing of the outer frame structure and the core tube structure.The practice shows that the process is safe and feasible,and has good effect in the construction of such super high-rise structures.
