摘  要:250 m以下超高层建筑对水平与竖向结构同时施工、成本控制等提出了较高的要求,在此背景下,一种单元式整体提升集成平台与附着式升降脚手架综合体系得到了选择和应用。其中,单元式整体提升集成平台的功能设计、结构设计以及附着式升降脚手架的关键节点设计,包括两者对整体施工流程的通盘考虑,对相应工程的施工安全、效率及成本等方面影响深远。以某结构高度约250 m的劲性柱钢框架混凝土多边形核心筒结构为背景,介绍单元式整体提升集成平台与附着式升降脚手架综合体系在此类造型奇特的核心筒结构施工中的正向设计技术,为后续考虑使用该体系的类似工程提供参考。The super high-rise buildings below 250 m have higher requirements for the simultaneous construction of horizontal and vertical structures,cost control,etc.Under this background,a kind of integrated unit type lifting platform and attached lifting scaffold system has been selected and applied.Among them,the functional design,structural design and key node design of the attached lifting scaffold of the unit integrated lifting platform,including their overall consideration of the overall construction process,have a profound impact on the construction safety,efficiency and cost of the corresponding projects.Taking the rigid column steel frame concrete polygonal core tube structure with a structural height of about 250 m as the background,this paper introduces the forward design technology of the integrated system of unit type integral lifting platform and attached lifting scaffold in the construction of such strange shaped core tube structure,which provides a reference for similar projects considering the use of this system in the future.
