摘　　要：结合工程实际,介绍了市中心狭小复杂环境下,老旧砖混结构房屋置换为框架结构体系的施工技术。通过对工程的难特点进行分析,并对遇到问题进行汇总,结合施工前方案流程的设计及确定、施工中因地制宜地调整,总结出该类型建筑置换可采用的施工技术,为其他类似工程施工提供了借鉴思路。Combined with engineering practice,this paper introduces the construction technology of replacing old brick and concrete buildings with frame structure system under the narrow and complex environment of the city center.By analyzing the difficult characteristics of the project,summarizing the problems encountered,combining the design and determination of the pre-construction scheme process,and adjusting to local conditions during construction,the construction technology that can be used for the replacement of this type of building is summarized,which provides a reference for other similar projects.
