摘 要:为了研究界面凿毛处理的灌注桩-环梁节点交界面可靠性及力学性能的问题,在现场采用静力加载法进行试验,通过测量不同级别荷载下不同位置的钢筋应变、十字梁与环梁位移及裂缝发展过程,验证交界面的可靠性并分析灌注桩-环梁节点力学性能。分析表明,界面凿毛处理的灌注桩-环梁节点交界面未发生明显滑移,界面连接可靠,节点性能满足工程需要,试件最终破坏发生在环梁处。首次进行了灌注桩-环梁节点力学性能试验,试验结果可为界面凿毛处理的灌注桩-环梁节点连接性能问题的研究提供参考,促进桩柱一体中梁柱节点连接的工程应用。In order to study the reliability and mechanical properties of the interface between cast-in-place pile and ring beam treated by interface roughening,the static loading method was used in the field test.The reliability of the interface was verified and the mechanical properties of the cast-in-place pile-ring beam joint were analyzed by measuring the steel strain,cross beam and ring beam displacement and crack development process at different locations under different levels of load.The analysis shows that there is no obvious slip at the interface of cast-in-place pile-ring beam joint after interface roughening treatment,the interface connection is reliable,the joint performance meets the needs of the project,and the ultimate failure of the specimen occurs at the ring beam.The mechanical performance test of cast-in-place pile-ring beam joint was carried out for the first time.The test results can provide a reference for the research on the performance of cast-in-place pile-ring beam joint treated by interface chiseling,and promote the engineering application of beam column joint in pile column integration.
