摘  要:对沉降后浇带的取消原理与技术措施展开研究,结合多个高层钢结构建筑项目成功取消后浇带的工程实例,分析钢结构建筑层高、桩基深度与取消沉降后浇带之间的规律。结果表明:采用上部钢结构+桩筏基础的结构形式,可有效抵抗结构差异沉降。采用桩筏基础的钢结构项目取消沉降后浇带后,主体结构完工时后浇带两侧柱基沉降差异皆小于规范限值,并具有较大的沉降余量;柱基差异沉降与建筑层数成正比,与桩基长度成反比;底板取消沉降后浇带后,防水层的施工质量提高,施工成本降低,整体工期缩短7~14 d,经济效益明显。The principle and technical measures of removing the post cast strip of settlement are studied,and the laws between the storey height,pile foundation depth of steel structure buildings and removing the post cast strip of settlement are analyzed based on the engineering examples,in which several high-rise steel structure building projects successfully removed the post cast strip.The results show that the structure of upper steel structure+pile raft foundation can effectively resist the different settlement of the structure.When the post cast strip of settlement is removed for the steel structure project with pile raft foundation,the settlement difference of column foundations on both sides of the post cast strip is less than the specification limit when the main structure is completed,and there is a large settlement margin.The different settlement of column foundation is directly proportional to the number of building floors and inversely proportional to the length of pile foundation.The construction quality of waterproof layer is improved,the construction cost is reduced,the overall construction period is shortened by 7~14 days,and the economic benefit is evident after the removal of the post cast strip of settlement from the bottom plate.
