摘　　要：将思想政治工作应用于医疗纠纷第三方调解实践,是提升调解员队伍思想政治素质和医患满意度的有力举措。然而,第三方调解实践中思想政治工作主体不明确、人文关怀等内容不足和工作方法单一等问题已然制约该效用的发挥。应率先明确司法机关、调解组织和调解员为协同联动的思想政治工作主体。同时,在“以人为本”“德法兼济”工作原则指导下,探索形成通过事前引导来增强纠纷介入主动性,事中聆听以完善“促进式倾听”模式和事后回访以提升调解实效的思想政治工作应用路径。The application of ideological and political work in the practice of third-party mediation of medical disputes is a powerful measure to improve the ideological and political quality of mediators and doctor-patient satisfaction.However,problems such as unclear subject,lacking of humanistic care and single method of the third party mediation ideological and political work have restricted the effectiveness of the third party mediation.We should take the lead in defining the judicial and administrative organs,mediation organizations and mediators as the main body of the ideological and political work.At the same time,under the guidance of the working principles of"people-oriented"and"combining morality with law",exploring the application path of political work,we should search ways to enhance the initiative of dispute intervention through prior guidance,improve the"promoting listening"mode and return visit after the event in order to achieve the actual effect of mediation.
