摘 要:目的了解沙盘游戏疗法对少年肾病综合征患儿心理特征、社交焦虑及生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样方法抽取武汉市某三级甲等医院2018年5月-2021年5月收治的700例少年肾病综合征患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组350例,其中对照组给予常规干预(即入院时介绍院内相关情况及疾病注意事项),观察组在对照组基础上实施沙盘游戏疗法。观察两组患儿干预前后应用Conners父母症状问卷(Parent Symptom Questionnaire,PSQ)、儿少心理健康量表(Mental Health Scale for Child and Adolescent,MHS-CA)、儿童社交焦虑量表(Social Anxiety Scale for Children,SASC)、儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Quality,ISLQ)评分。结果观察组干预后PSQ评分中各维度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8),观察组干预后MHS-CA评分中各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8),观察组干预后SASC评分中各维度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8),观察组干预后ISLQ评分中各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8)。结论沙盘游戏疗法能明显改善少年肾病综合征患儿的心理健康程度,缓解其社交焦虑,提升日常生活质量。Objective To study the effect of sandplay therapy on psychological characteristics,social anxiety and quality of life in children with juvenile nephrotic syndrome.Methods 700 children with juvenile nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 350 cases in each.The control group received routine intervention(introducing the relevant conditions in the hospital and the precautions of the disease when admitted to the hospital),and the observation group was given sandplay therapy on the basis of theroutine intervention.The Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ),Mental Health Scale for Child and Adolescent(MHS-CA),and Social Anxiety Scale(Social Anxiety Scale)and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ)scores were used to observe the children in the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The PSQ scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8),and the MHS-CA scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8).The scores of each dimension in the SASC score after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8),and the scores in each dimension of the ISLQ score in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,Cohen's d>0.8).Conclusion Sandplay therapy in children with juvenile nephrotic syndrome can significantly improve the mental health of children,relieve social anxiety,and improve the quality of daily life.
