摘　　要：目的分析北京市公立中医类医院的补偿现状,为政府制定相关决策提供参考。方法根据2014-2019年北京市卫生统计年报个案库和《全国中医药统计摘编》的数据,通过Excel 2016软件对中医类医院的财政补助收入、药品收入和结余情况进行分析,采用结构变动分析法分析医疗收入结构变动情况。结果六年间,北京市公立中医类医院院均财政补助收入持续增长,年均增长21.46%,药占比下降,由65.14%降至52.70%,院均医疗收入呈上升趋势,由1.11亿元上升至2.23亿元,医疗收支略有结余。结论公立中医类医院财政补助较为可观,医院对财政补偿依赖程度较高,以药养医情况改善,医院收入构成更为合理;需加大财政投入,进一步加强医院自偿能力。Objective By analyzing the compensation situation of public traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals in Beijing,providing reference for the government to make relevant decisions.Methods Based on the data of 2014-2019 Beijing Health Statistics Annual Report Case Bank and China Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Medicine,the financial subsidy income,drug income and balance of TCM hospitals are analyzed through Excel 2016 software,and the structural change analysis method is used to analyze the structural change of medical income.Results Over the past six years,the financial subsidy income of public TCM hospitals in Beijing has continued to grow,with an average annual growth of 21.46%.The proportion of drugs had decreased,from 65.14%to 52.70%.The average medical income of hospitals had shown an upward trend,from 111 million yuan to 223 million yuan,and medical revenue and expenditure had a slight balance.Conclusion The financial subsidies of public TCM hospitals are considerable;the dependence of hospitals on financial compensation is high;the situation of supporting doctors with medicine is improved,and the composition of hospital income is more reasonable.It is necessary to increase financial investment and further strengthen the self-compensation capacity of hospitals.
