集束化精细管理在野战医疗队手术急救物资保障中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新形势下某野战医疗队手术急救物资集束化精细管理的应用效果。方法自2021年1月以来,某野战医疗队在野战手术急救物资管理中应用集束化理念精细管理,比较集束化精细管理组(集束化管理后,2021年度)与对照组(集束化管理前,2020年度)的一次性备齐手术急救物资所需时间、物资交接时间、物资完备率与物资消耗率。结果集束化管理前,野战医疗队急救物资平均交接时间为(379±21)s,集束化精细管理后,医疗队物资平均交接时间缩短到了(175±16)s;集束化管理前,物资完备率为(92.6±2.2)%,集束化管理后,物资完备率提高到了(97.3±1.1)%;集束化管理前,物资消耗率为(90.5±3.1)%,集束化管理后,物资消耗率提高到了(96.7±1.29)%(P<0.05)。结论新形势下某野战医疗队手术急救物资应用集束化精细管理,明显提高急救物资完备率及消耗率,加快战场救治效率。Objective To explore the application effect of cluster and fine management of first aid materials in field medical team under the new situation.Methods Since January 2021,a field medical team has applied the cluster concept of fine management in the management of first-aid materials for field surgery.The comparison between the cluster management group and the control group(before the cluster management,2020)for the time required for one-off preparation of emergency surgical supplies,material handover time,material completeness rate and material consumption rate.Results The time required for one-off preparation of emergency surgical supplies was significantly shortened after the implementation of cluster fine management.Before cluster management,the average delivery time of materials was(379±21)s,after cluster management,the average delivery time is reduced to(175±16)s.Before cluster management,the material completeness rate was(92.6±2.2)%;after cluster management,the material completeness rate increased to(97.3±1.1)%.Before cluster management,the material consumption rate was(90.5±3.1)%,after cluster management,the material consumption rate increased to(96.7±1.29)%(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the new situation,the field medical team applies the concept of cluster fine management in the management of first-aid surgical supplies,which can obviously improve the completeness rate and consumption rate of supplies,and speed up the operation efficiency,which has popularization value.
