摘　　要：目的分析2017—2019年暑期秦皇岛海域海蜇蜇伤患分布情况及特点,为海蜇蜇伤防控提供科学依据。方法设计构建秦皇岛市沿海浴场海蜇蜇伤登记表,统计分析2017—2019年暑期(7—8月)秦皇岛海域各浴场救护站上报的2724例海蜇蜇伤患者的年龄、性别、蜇伤部位、蜇伤程度等资料。结果2017—2019年暑期(7—8月)秦皇岛海域海蜇蜇伤患者共2724例。近3年海蜇蜇伤发生例数呈逐年减少趋势。2017年1890例、2018年492例、2019年342例。其中浅水湾沿线和东山浴场蜇伤人数较多[2017年占60.90%、35.08%,2018年占24.39%、64.23%,2019年占33.33%、40.35%]。蜇伤部位以下肢最为常见(64.14%),其次为上臂、肘、前臂。蜇伤中轻型2680例(98.38%),中型患者30例(1.10%),重型患者14例(0.51%)。结论秦皇岛海域海蜇蜇伤主要分布在浅水湾沿线和东山浴场,应重点加强该海域防控。同时加大科普宣传和医疗救护资源,预防相关海域蜇伤事件。Objective To analyze the distribution and characteristics of jellyfish stings in the Qinhuangdao waters during the summer vacation from 2017 to 2019,and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of jellyfish stings.Methods Design and build a registration form for jellyfish stings in coastal bathing beaches in Qinhuangdao City,and statistically analyze the age,gender,sting location,stings,etc.Injury severity,etc.Results There were 2724patients with jellyfish stings in the Qinhuangdao waters during the summer vacation(form July to August)from 2017 to2019.In the past 3 years,the number of cases of jellyfish stings has been decreasing year by year.There were 1890cases in 2017,492 cases in 2018,and 342 cases in 2019.Among them,there are more stings along the Repulse Bay and Dongshan Bathing Beach[60.90%,35.08%in 2017,24.39%,64.23%in 2018,33.33%,40.35%in 2019].Stings were most common in lower limbs(64.14%),followed by upper arms,elbows,and forearms.There were 2680 mild cases(98.38%)of stings,30 cases(1.10%)of medium-sized patients,and 14 cases(0.51%)of severe stings.Conclusion Jellyfish stings in the Qinhuangdao waters are mainly distributed along the Qianshui Bay and Dongshan bathing beaches.The prevention and control of this area should be strengthened.At the same time,we will increase popularization of science and medical rescue resources to prevent related sea area stings.
