江苏省急诊医护人员工作现状及参与社会初级救护培训意愿影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省急诊医护人员工作现状及参与社会初级救护培训的意愿,分析其工作情况及影响其参与初级救护培训工作意愿的因素,为推动初级救护培训工作提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取10个城市21家急诊医学科432名急诊医护人员,通过问卷调查其工作现状及参与初级救护培训工作的意愿情况,并进行统计学分析。结果不同年龄、学历层次、自身健康状况、家庭状况、每周工作时长、六项救护培训工作阻碍因素同意程度的参与意愿构成比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄(与“>45岁”比,“25~30岁”OR=2.644,95%CI:1.306~5.350)、学历层次(与“专科及以下”比,“硕士/博士”OR=0.376,95%CI:0.154~0.919)、专业(与“急救/急诊医学”比,“护理学”OR=0.477,95%CI:0.279~0.816)、自身健康状况(OR=1.631,95%CI:1.042~2.552)、对“付出却没有实质奖励”的同意程度(OR=0.742,95%CI:0.601~0.916)和“周围人抱怨培训没有作用”的同意程度(OR=0.600,95%CI:0.469~0.769)是参与初级救护培训工作意愿的显著的影响因素。结论江苏省急诊医护人员目前面临工作量大,工作强度高,休息时间难以得到保证的现状;急诊医护人员初级救护培训意愿受多种因素影响,其中医护人员的年龄、学历层次、专业、自身健康状况、周围人对培训作用的认可度、实质奖励是最主要的影响因素。Objective To explore the current work status of the emergency medical staff and their willingness to participate in basic training on rescue in Jiangsu Province,and to analyze the factors affecting their willingness thereof.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was conducted in form of questionnaire survey among 422 emergency medical staff members,213 physicians,212 nurses,and 7 non-medical workers,from 10 cities in Jiangsu Province,Xuzhou,Nanjing,Yangzhou,Lianyungang…Univariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors affecting their willingness to participate in basic training on rescue.Data about their sex,age,education,occupation,and attitudes towards basic rescue training were collected and studied by Logistic regression analysis.Results 432 questionnaires were valid with a response rate of 97.7%.Tho respondents aged<25,with the education level of junior college or below,in good health,without family burden of the old and children,and working less days per week were relatively willing to take part in the training;and those opposing to take up their rest time,with family opposition,complaining about the lack of substantial rewards,not willing to increase his/her own or colleague’s workload,and with people around who complain that training is useless were relatively not willing to take part in the training(all P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency medical staff in Jiangsu Province are currently facing the situation of heavy workload,high work intensity,and difficulty in securing rest time;the willingness of emergency medical staff for basic training on rescue is influenced by a variety of factors,among which the age,educational level,specialty,self-assessed health condition,the recognition of the training role by the surrounding people,and substantial rewards are the most important influencing factors.
